    Hi Steve, just wanted to say hello, i live in the UK but travel to the states frequently with my job. I listened to 4 podcasts yesterday (166-170)as i cycled along Long Beach CA and loved and learnt something from each. Praise God for your ministry, as many of us can’t get to church each week.     Hello Steve, I’m a new listener to the Daily Bible reading podcast and was wondering which version you were reading from? I like to follow along and underline verses that speak to me.

    Also, what method do you use? Sounds like so many chapters or books from the old testament and them you rotate to the new…I really enjoy the podcast and it’s been a real blessing during my commute to work.

    Hi Steve, Love your shows, I’m a new listener but have been downloading old shows from the podcast as well. Just listening to your show on giving. I agree, we’re under the new covenant and not required to tithe. I also agree that Christ says to give it all now — after all he owns everything! What blood-bought believer wouldn’t want to give. I love the phrase I heard somewhere that the act of tithing is like the training wheels of giving. For a Christian living under the new covenant I wouldn’t want to give less than those required by the law. It’s a wonderful starting point. That’s my two cents. Love your show, and yes, we can still be friends!
